曹震

Profile:


曹震,博士,博士后,西安电子科技大学华山准聘副教授,人工智能学院、人工智能研究院、智能感知与图像理解教育部重点实验室成员,IEEE Member,中国电子学会会员,中国电子教育学会会员。2021年获评校优秀博士学位论文。目前,主要从事微电子器件设计与人工智能优化方法前沿交叉,脉冲神经网络FPGA,人工智能芯片及相关技术等方面的研究。相关工作已在国际权威期刊IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices 和国际顶级学术会议 IEEE ISPSD 上发表,已合作发表SCI论文23篇,授权国家发明专利21项,转让1项。主持和参与国家级和省部级科研项目8项。并指导学生在多项竞赛中获奖。
