程春玉，西安电子科技大学副教授，硕士生导师，陕西省青年托举人才，陕西省空天高电子轨道材料与防护技术重点实验室副主任。

2019年3月于西北工业大学材料学院获得博士学位，师从李贺军院士，付前刚教授（杰青，材料学院院长）。2019年11月至2021年11月，在新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后工作。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、航空科学基金、部委基础研究项目、中国博士后面上基金项目、部委重点实验室项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等7项课题，参与部委重大研究项目（排名3）、GF基础科研计划（排名3）、国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目、面上项目等5项课题。

曾获得陕西省优秀博士论文。曾获博士国家奖学金、硕士国家奖学金及其他命名奖学金。目前以第一或通讯作者已在Corrosion Science、Applied Surface Science、Journal of the European Ceramic Society、Journal of the American Ceramic Society、Ceramics International等国际知名期刊发表论文24篇。
