Biography：Dr. Ji-Teng Jia has received the Ph.D. degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, in 2015. He visited the department of computer science at University of Regina, from December, 2014 to May, 2015, as a visiting scholar. He has been served as a reviewer for many scientific journals such as Applied Numerical Mathematics, Linear Algebra and its Applications, and Computers & Mathematics with Applications. Currently, he is working as a Lecturer with the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Xidian University, Xi'an, China.
