许宝毅，副研究员，硕士生导师，IEEE Member。
近年来，先后主持/参与陕西省自然科学青年基金、武器装备配套、国防科技YYTJ、国防科技CXTQ、成果转化项目等10余项项目，发表高水平期刊/会议论文13篇，申请/授权国家发明专利17项，并与国内航空、航天、电科、电力、石化等多家优势龙头企业形成良好长期合作，多数研究成果已形成系列化设备并列装。
主要研究方向：非正交多址接入、物理层网络编码、工业物联网、智能信息处理。
