电力需求侧空调负荷柔性调控策略研究

摘要:

随着空调在各类建筑中的普及使用,空调负荷已成为影响区域电网稳定运行的重要因素,如果不加以调控,将会影响到整个区域的正常用电。基于此,文中在空调负荷区域分层调控的架构基础上,提出了一种自适应模糊PI三闭环控制策略。该方法将空调负荷信息和模糊控制相结合,通过形成三闭环PI控制对空调负荷进行柔性调控。文中搭建仿真模型来验证该策略的可行性。仿真结果表明,该调控方法的控制精度可达到近99%,为精确控制负荷提供了一种新方法。目前,该调控策略已在某大学进行了实际应用,为将来柔性调控技术的推广提供了理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract:

With the widespread use of air conditioning in various buildings, air conditioning load has become an important factor affecting the stable operation of regional power grids. If air conditioning load is not regulated, it will affect the normal electricity consumption of the entire area. Based on this, this study proposes an adaptive fuzzy PI three-closed-loop control strategy based on the framework of layered regulation of air-conditioning load areas. The method combines air-conditioning load information and fuzzy control, and flexibly regulates air-conditioning loads by forming a three-closed-loop PI control, and establishes a simulation model to verify the feasibility of the strategy. The simulation results show that the control accuracy of the control method can reach nearly 99%, which provides a new method for precise load control. The control strategy has been applied in a university, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the future promotion of flexible control technology.
