摘要:

蒸发波导作为一种随机出现在近海平面大气环境中的电磁波传输介质,是海战场复杂电磁环境的重要组成部分。目前蒸发波导特征参数通常是由多种传感器采集到的大气温度、湿度、风速、海表温度等海洋监测数据在特定计算模型下解算获得的。要想获取大范围、长时间内的蒸发波导态势分布情况,需要对多种海洋监测数据进行长时间、不间断地观测。针对传统压缩感知方法处理时变海洋监测数据重构性能不高的问题,提出一种基于低秩正则化序贯压缩感知的海洋监测数据在线重构方法。该方法首先对真实的海洋监测数据进行分析,揭露了数据在空间结构上的低秩性;然后利用滑动窗口机制,结合已有历史数据构建低秩正则项,并根据前后时刻重叠区域数据相等的条件建立数据保真项;最后基于交替方向乘子法对重构优化算法进行求解。在理论上通过收敛性分析和复杂度分析证明了算法的有效性。仿真实验结果验证了算法能够实现重构性能的提升。

Abstract:

The evaporation duct is a kind of electromagnetic wave transmission medium which occurs randomly in the near sea level atmosphere.It is an important part of complex electromagnetic environment in the naval battle field.At present,the method for obtaining the characteristic parameters of the evaporation duct is usually to substitute a variety of marine monitoring data (MMD) into a specific calculation model.These meteorological elements usually include atmospheric temperature,humidity,wind speed,sea surface temperature,etc.In order to obtain the distribution of the evaporation duct in a large area over a long period of time,it is necessary to observe MMD continuously for a long time.Aiming at the problem of poor reconstruction performance of traditional compressed sensing methods in reconstructing time-varying MMD,an online reconstruction method for MMD based on sequential compressed sensing with low-rank regularization is proposed.The algorithm first analyzes the real MMD,revealing the low-rank of the data in the spatial structure,and then constructs the low-rank regularization term combined with the existing historical data with the data fidelity item established according to the condition that the data in the overlapping area at the front and back are equal.Finally the reconstruction optimization algorithm is solved based on the alternating direction multiplier method.Theoretically,the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by the convergence analysis and complexity analysis,and experimental results verify that the algorithm has a higher reconstruction accuracy.
