环形张拉式索网可展开天线创新设计与分析

Design and analysis of a new hoop tensegrity structure for space deployable antennas

摘要:

空间可展开天线是未来建造天基、全球降雨雷达系统、空间太阳能电站、大型空间军事基础设施的关键部分。为了满足苛刻的运载条件以及特殊的任务需求,索网结构成为实现空间可展开天线大型化、轻重量与高收纳比的最佳结构方案之一。然而,随着天线口径的不断增大,为了保证较小的收拢体积和质量,需要一系列细长杆组成桁架结构为索网提供支撑边界。细长杆具有较大的抗拉压刚度,但抗弯曲刚度却很小。在索网预应力作用下,若细长杆受弯矩,则容易发生挠曲变形,使得天线设计精度下降问题。为此,基于张拉结构的思想,提出了一种环形张拉式索网可展开天线。针对该类天线,首先建立了结构分块式节点力平衡方程,实现索网结构与支撑结构预紧力分步计算,在此基础上提出了“以形找力”和“力形耦合”两种设计方法。最后通过数值仿真对所提出结构和方法进行了验证。结果表明,在考虑结构弹性变形时,结构依然具有很高的形面精度,为今后高精度索网可展开天线设计提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:

The space deployable antenna is a key part for the space-based VLBI,global rainfall radar system,space solar power station and large space military infrastructure.In order to adapt the launch limits of the rocket,the cable-net structure becomes an optimum design scheme for large space deployable structures.As the antenna size increases,slender rods are made into a truss structure to provide boundary support for the cable net.Because of the low flexural rigidity of the slender rods,the truss structure is always distorted because of the cable force,and the design accuracy of the structure is ultimately reduced.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a new hoop tensegrity structure for space deployable antennas,of which the rods only bear pressures and the cables only bear tensions.For this structure,block force balance equations are established for distributed calculation of the supporting truss and the cable net.Then,a tension design method and a tension-shape coupling design method are proposed for the form finding of the hoop tensegrity structure.Finally,a simulation example is put forward to verify the proposed structure and method.It is illustrated that the structure has a superior surface accuracy even when the elastic deformation is considered.
