1. Theoretical Analysis and Sensing Technology of Electromagnetic Radiation Field

Where there is a current and voltage, there is an electromagnetic radiation field. The intensity distribution, polarization characteristics and spectral characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation field are related to the characteristics of the radiator itself. Through the measurement of the electromagnetic radiation field, many of the radiator's characteristics and working condition can be obtained. The electric field electromagnetic sensing technology is its core technology.

At present, the research group has a very good research foundation in the field of electric field sensor technology research. The research group uses a linear and nonlinear analytical method to analyze the detected signal of an ultra-wideband electric field probe; moreover, this group has designed a wide range of isotropic electric field probes. This kind of probe has a large dynamic range and is suitable for a variety of ground, aerospace, aerospace and marine applications, and its frequency can cover 10Hz to 40GHz. In addition, the research group also published many papers and obtained a number of patents. Figure 1 shows the electric field sensor with independent intellectual property rights.

At present, the research group has developed non-contact detection technology for high voltage power lines in the field of electric field sensor application technology research. And this group has also conducted many researches in electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic propagation analysis, and has published many high-quality papers and monographs.

2. Electromagnetic radiation field measurement and application technology

Based on the theory of electromagnetic radiation, the research group has conducted extensive research in the field of electric field electromagnetic measurement and application technology, such as electromagnetic environment assessment, electromagnetic compatibility analysis, non-contact high voltage detection technology and non-contact high-voltage electrical fault monitoring technology; These studies have a wide range of applications in the electronics, power, aerospace and other fields.

The research group has conducted a lot of research work on partial discharge measurement and fault monitoring technology for high-voltage electric power equipment. This group proposed an equivalent electromagnetic radiation model of a fractal antenna with an insulated discharge, simulated and analyzed the electromagnetic radiation characteristics and propagation characteristics of the partial discharge of the GIS, and the polarization characteristics of the electromagnetic wave during the radiation process, which is a partial discharge detection and fault of the GIS. The evaluation establishes a theoretical basis. Figure 2 shows the electromagnetic wave leakage characteristics of the GIS discharge. In addition, the research group published a number of high-quality papers in the research field and obtained a number of patents.Figure 2-3 shows the results of the team simulated GIS partial discharge electromagnetic wave leakage characteristics.

This research group has a very good research base in the measurement of electromagnetic properties of liquid media and the application of research techniques. It has conducted a lot of research work, and has published many high-quality papers and obtained a number of patents.
